Me and my husband started back in May of 2024 trying to purchase our first home. As the months went by we were told that he was actively handling our loan fast forward to October when we start receiving all of our documents and get the closing disclosure saying we are closing on October 31st, 2024 along with the wire instructions on how to wire our down payment. The date of the 31st arrives only to be told we can’t close due to the appraisal value coming in under valued. Another month goes by and nothing is being done. December 2nd comes and we find out from the original appraisal that they were never doing anything to get the appraisal value straightened out. PlEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. MR. MITCHELL PRETENDS HE CARES BUT IN REALITY he does not.

Wes and I worked together to get a deal closed and it did, everyone was happy. I liked working with Wes, he is an upfront and honest guy. He knows what he is doing as far a loans, lending and treating customers with respect. I look forward to working with him again.

We recently closed on a mortgage with Jeff Duncan. This guy is a rock star when it comes to the lending business. He is extremely professional and to say that he is very responsive is an understatement. When I would call him, if he didn't answer immediately, he would typically return the call within minutes. I even emailed him over the weekend at times, assuming he would respond on Monday, but then shortly after my phone would ring and he would be answering my questions. We did a lot of work with Jeff around Thanksgiving and Christmas and he was always available. We even got a call from him late in the evening the day before Thanksgiving. He works tirelessly for you, his client. I would 100% recommend working with Jeff if you have the opportunity. On top of all of this, he even found an incredible loan product that other lenders couldn't touch. In fact, they weren't sure if it was real, as it was much better than what the rest of the market was offering. The next time we are looking to make a real estate purchase, we will certainly reach out to Jeff. It was the best experience we have had working with a lender.

David was great to work with and got me a great rate. My only complaint us that the underwriters took forever to work my loan and appears to wait until the last week to even finalize it.

It was a quick and easy process! Frank was there anytime I had a question and answered them right away. It was a great experience.
