They are in touch.Must of the time they are ease to reach them. And they explain everything the best way. The only thing I believe they need to fix is I would like to have only one person to talk with.

FBC has been a fabulous company to work with from the beginning of our loan process, through the end. Everybody was great. Matt originated my loan and stayed on top of everything. Kerri was excellent to work with, explaining everything and letting me know what was needed when it was needed. I love the video cards that get sent to your email every holiday. I can't say enough good words about FBC. Thank you all there.

The process seems unorganized as I dealt with about 4 or 5 different people throughout process and then rather than asking for all the certain documents needed up front, I got multiple emails over a week time period of needing more and more statements. Then at closing after lender failed to check the gift letter and bank account numbers from wire transfer to ensure matched, we sat at closing for 2.5 hours while they tried to figure out why they didn’t have this confirmation and played a blame game between me and title and lender. We felt the lenders responsibility was to confirm these numbers matched before closing, and if they needed more proof they should’ve reached out for what needed to make sure smooth close. However Chris was very helpful throughout process with explaining all the numbers and fighting for us during a crazy rate changing time! He always returned calls/emails immediately.

I’ve purchased 10 homes and this is hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever received! Matt and his team give another level up of service one would expect when financing a home. I could go on and on about how great they are! But I’ll just sum it up by saying if I’m ever financing a home again I’ll only use Matt and his team! I’d give him 6 stars if I could!
