Always picks up the phone, answers every question you have and explains the mortgage process very clearly. If you want to work with someone you trust, Greg is your mortgage lender. The FBC online portal makes the document process seamless. Also helps that he got us the best rate!

I have been working with Greg for many years now. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. Greg has essentially made the impossible become a reality. I am a Canadian who has decided to invest in Florida. I am also a builder in Canada and deal with Mortgage brokers on a daily basis. Greg is hands the best mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. Whether it is Sunday morning at 6 am or Friday at 5 pm, he always answers my calls and goes the extra mile for his clients. I am an absolute headache and we have managed to get a ton of deals done because of his patience and dedication. I would and do recommend Greg to all of my friends and family and will continue to use him for many years to come. I cannot express enough how much this man has done for me and my family!!
