I met “Jack” online and we communicated through text messages as well as other communication channels, including Wechat, WhatsApp, and Line. At some point, Jack told me I could make large profits trading gold on the website www.Iklee.cc. Jack provided instructions on how to send money to a crypto exchange and then transfer the crypto assets to the site where I could trade gold. After reporting that my account was profitable, Jack told me that if I upgrade to a “platinum” membership, the site would give a $100,000 bonus. I did not want to do this, but I received an email notification from the site that my membership had been upgraded and they needed to maintain an account balance of $500,000 or I would be sued, my credit would be affected, and I would have to pay penalties. I was not able to withdraw any funds from my account, and the site is no longer active. I invested about $69,000. Thanks to [email protected] whom I contacted and after I supplied him all the info he requested and agreed to his terms, he was able to recover 60% first and three days later the remaining 40% of my investment was recovered. Shout out to team Hack West and all they represent. This is me recommending HACK WEST to all those in need of Crypto Recovery Specialists.

I really have no words that are valuable enough to explain or categorize who George is at all!! I mean.. extremely communicative, a guy that fights for his clients and trust me we were not a breeze to work with just due to our situation and not once did he loose his patience or give up on us. We did not close with George and his company but the things he did for us to ensure we WOULD CLOSE with someone else who can take our unique case..I mean you tell me what loan officer would do something like that! Jet did not gain a client due to that 1 underwriter that has to make a statement or be above the law… but Because of George and his character, kind heart, willingness to solve problems… George and Jet have absolutely gained a client when it’s time for us to refinance and I will not even hesitate to refer everyone I know to George! This is someone you want by your side from a business and personal perspective. Thank you so much George for just being…You.

I recently applied for a loan, and overall, there were some issues during the process, which is why I’m giving a 4-star rating. First, the interest rate they offered was quite high, at least 1.5% higher than the average market rate, which I found unsatisfactory. Secondly, throughout the application, many documents were only sent to the underwriter at the last minute, and any changes required additional supporting materials. This made the process feel cumbersome and added extra time pressure. Lastly, there were a lot of miscellaneous fees, which felt excessive and not very transparent.
However, it’s worth mentioning that Pamela was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She remained very professional and handled client concerns, including negative emotions, even under significant work pressure. I got the impression that she was working around the clock for her clients. Her professionalism and patience left a strong impression on me. Therefore, despite my dissatisfaction with the overall process and the interest rate, I gave a 4-star rating.

Our experience with JET Home Loans and Savannah was deeply disappointing and frustrating. After receiving pre-approval, we were met with a lack of communication, significant delays, and an overall absence of professionalism.
Despite providing all requested documentation promptly and repeatedly following up for over a month, we received no updates, counteroffers, or clear requirements to move forward. The final decision—a denial—was delivered with no explanation or alternatives, leaving us scrambling to secure financing with less than 30 days until closing.
Luckily, we found another lender who was professional, transparent, and responsive, enabling us to close on our home without further issues.
JET Home Loans failed to meet even the basic standards of communication and transparency. This experience has left us with no trust in their ability to handle a mortgage process effectively. We would not recommend JET Home Loans to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service.

Working with Jordan was not the best experience at all. In the early stages of the loan process, I called him and left a voicemail about receiving down payment assistance and he never responded to give me the requested information. Also, his attitude was lackluster. In other attempts to contact him, if he responded it would take days and this was only after multiple attempts to include multiple follow up emails/phone calls and then having to cc the builder on emails. When he would call back, it was only after getting the builder involved and with these call backs, he wouldn’t provide clear answers. On one phone call, he was asked if he was delayed due to the hurricane, his response was no that he wasn’t in the path. However, during this same conversation after asking what was the reason for the lack of response he lied and said it was due to the hurricane. Jordan also knew that my initial closing date was going to be the end of the month, yet I was still made to sign the rate lock that would end prior to the closing. During the final stages of closing, my closing date was moved up to accommodate the rate lock, but this came after multiple attempts to contact him and after once again including the builder. Also during the final stages, he waited until the last minute to complete his part which caused delays with titling. Overall, he made the home buying process a lot more stressful due to him slacking on his job and unwillingness to communicate.
