Wish list of due items were noted at the beginning of the process instead of receiving communication when next item was needed. Portal needs ability to add documents or responses instead of sending by email.

This was one of the most stressful lender I have ever had to work with. There always seemed to be a rush about answering questions in a concise way without getting any clarity to a situation or presenting any other options. Since our builder had an exclusive contract with jet home loans for the incentives (closing costs covered), customer service was taken for granted. If I tried to call to follow up and ask some clarifying questions, I got a feeling that I am wasting their time asking about somethings that may have been trivial to them. Lending should not be given such a bad re*****tion, but now I see how it could be.
