Worked with Joseph and his team to purchase our home in Houston, TX. They worked with us to push everything forward. Answered are questions. We even closed earlier than expected which never happens. Great experience would work with them again.

We had a difficult start to the process but at the end of it we came out as very satisfied customers. Would recommend Joseph and Taylor, especially Taylor, in the future!!

Working with Joe and his team was a great experience. A high level of communication was in place due to the nature of the task at hand.
|
Joseph was always readily available, he made sure we understood our options, he took us through several options that fit our situation the best. He was timely, he was responsive, he was informative and most importantly polite and patient!
|
I had the pleasure to work with Taylor Mobley. She is a very professional and very helpful person. For every concern or question I had, she would respond and provide guidance right away. I felt more welcome and secure knowing that Taylor was there on this very important milestone of our lives.

Taylor and Joseph are amazing. Patient, kind, and so helpful during this entire process. As first time homebuyers in an uncertain economic time, they answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. Could not ask for more! Thank you!

Joseph, I’d like to thank you for the extra care you gave me when helping me with my home loan. You were very patient in explaining the entire process to me. Thank you so much for your kindness and thoughtfulness.
Sincerely,

We bought the home on Modesto drive in September we were told it would be built and ready early in 2022. Every week we got an update from Neil As it got closer to what we thought would be a home ready for closing we we told it was going to be delayed. They wanted us to lock in a rate. We were very reluctant to do that because the closing date was constantly delay. In May we actually visited the home. It was missing walls cabinets appliances etc. Neil reassured us the closing would be before the end of May. We were very hesitant to lock in a rate due to all the delays. Because of these delays the loan percentage had increased. We finally did lock in on May 17th. It was vey stressful because there still wasn’t electricity or water and therefore no CO My agent was very helpful and proactive. They put down sod that turned brown probably because it was not watered. We were told they were no grunge to replace it it would recover. My agent brought her landscaper and he confirmed that most if not all the sod was dead. My agent finally got them to replace some of it. I hope the rest will recover since we closed on June 9. There are still unfinished things that need to be done Jet gave a promise that all would be done in 30 days. I hope they are going to keep their promises. Communication between the people involved in the process was poor between them and us as well. I’m glad this I is almost over.Anita Vabnick

Worst experience I have ever had between jet homes and the builder dream finders curtis Gilmore and Brent Burkstrand was the only ones that communicated with me at the last minute of everything I know they was limited as to what they can do
