Tyler and Leigh Ann were awesome to work with. I was notified on the portal if anything additional was needed. If there was a bump in the road, it was fixed in a timely manner so that I was able to close on time.

Lack of communication. Sent emails after business hours prolonging the process. Did not have my final approval till 4 pm the day before. Told they had everything when in fact they didn’t. Was a nightmare. Also the rate was not anywhere near other offers

Despite my loan being slightly unconventional (new business owner + investment loan = complexity), Tyler and FBC made this whole process painless. I've gone through the lending process 3 times, and this was by far the most efficient. On top of this, Tyler is communicative and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and will use them again personally on my next purchase or refinance!

When the rates were at their lowest (under 3%) I emailed and called for a week before someone finally called me back. By then the rate had climbed almost an entire percent. Over 30 years that tens of thousands of extra dollars, and in order to keep my rate low, I ended up paying thousands more in points.
