Yael helped us throughout the whole process. While all the craziness about the interest Ups and downs she took the tine to explain the process and options! We were able to lock the interest and saved our home! If it wasn’t for her we would be looking for another property to live!

BEWARE!!!! RMC makes buying a home the worst experience ever!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would.... So currently I am in the process of building a home working with Yael Chenard and her "boss" Dean Longway have been HELL!!!!! I have written emails and made numerous phone calls to them both they do not return calls nor answer there emails. I explained to both Yael Chenard and Dean long way that I was shopping around for quote being that they are the preferred lender to my builder I put in my application with the company and also asked for a break down to get best deal on my shopping. When you are shopping for home loan you get quotes and Yael couldn't even find my application asking me what my credit score was uh ma'am this is your job and why can't you find it? Also I was questioned on why I needed the info.... uh WHAT?? I was simply trying to get what they covered as far as preferred lender perks for using RMC if were go with them as the preferred lender! How much do you guys cover? Yael didn't even have the proper information on the "Estimate" she sent over!! But why an estimate when I put in a application oh because Yael wanted me to remove debt that had been PAID OFF! On my credit report.. Again why ma'am? Oh because that's the only way to get you through to underwriting. Yael needs to go back to what she use to do because this ain't it. It seems to me you don't know how to do your JOB She chose that job it didn't choose her!! Like customer service is everything to a person. For me to write a review it has to be bad!!!! Dean the manager isn't any better I spoke with him and he was going to get back to me 3 months ago! So I sent an email on the issue it's been crickets where is corporate when you need them. That's my next step because this can't be how a real mortgage company treats people.RMC IS A JOKE AND RUN WHEN YOU SEE THEM ON ANYTHING!!!Thanks for NOTHING!

Terrible customer service. Wasted my time as a working professional to run around getting quotes to match, then saying nothing was "realistic". I made the comment that I could bring any quote to the table and hear that and she got quiet, which confirmed for me this company's lack of integrity. The loan officer never wanted to share what rate we qualified for; stating we could buy down points, but how do we know what we're buying down from? She couldn't answer that. Then she pulled some snake in the grass type stuff by telling us to sign our disclosure even though it showed the incorrect amount due for points. She claimed she wanted to lock us and would go back and fix it, then we sign and she takes back what she said and screwed us over. My husband called her livid and she managed to get back half of the money she overcharged us. Maybe it was the company's fault, but even the communication on the officer's end was terrible. At close our paperwork was wrong and she wouldn't answer the phone. She worked out of the office we signed at and everyone working said she should have been there. My guess is she was avoiding us, but that's okay. The lack of integrity on her part and/or the company was enough that we didn't want to deal with her anymore. It's disgusting that such and employee and/or company exists. I will tell everyone who listens not to do business with them. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but this experience is so sour it deserves one.

Mrs Chenard has been very supportive and clear regarding things that could be done or not since we started the process until we closed.
Renewing every 3 months the documents for the mortgage was quite annoying. Especially when the processor was always someone new. But we went through it!

Great working with Yael. She always returned my calls and emails. Always very profesional and courteous. Answered and explained any questions I had throughout my whole process. Made my whole buying experience with Maranda better. Hands down we were very happy to have had her part of my home buying team. She was involved in all aspects of our loan, definitely a team player.
