WOW, have things changed. Only mortgage prior was 1973. Tommy Gainer and the team was on-line and very responsive. PDF documents made the process fast and not complicated. FBC Mortgage came with high recommendation from our Realtor - fast, responsive and great rates. Realtor was on target. No pressure to sell a mortgage - just the facts. If the title company could streamline as well as FBC Mortgage - closing would be a breeze. Thanks FBC, Tommy Gainer and the processing team.
