As a first time Homebuyer I didn’t know what really went into the process (paperwork, etc). I would text and email the team to get some updates and have some questions we had answered but no one replied(and if they did it was days/weeks later). One day I finally received a email and call from Sherry and ever since she has made sure we knew what was going on and what step in the process we were currently at. If I had concerns and questions I would send her a message and she would reply (or call) within the hour and explained everything in detail. She eased my anxiety and made sure I knew that everything was working smoothly behind the scenes. Our Closing date was pushed back a couple days( and as I am 34 weeks pregnant I was scared that the date was going to keep getting pushed back) I called Sherry to ask some questions that we had and she eased my fears and informed me of why the date was pushed!
