This was my first mortgage in 27 years, and my wife's first. The process went as smooth as it could possibly go. It was an involved process but Shelly and Sheila, amongst others, kept the process going, communicated well, and followed up flawlessly.

Shelly and her team were all awesome to work with. It truly was such an easy process of buying our first house. No questions went unanswered and they went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out for us. There was a slight issue with the house not appraising but they all worked really hard to get it all figured out and kept communication with us.

In spite of being 3000 miles away, and there being document transmission issues, then a developing hurricane which threatened to postpone the closing, FBC worked very hard to ensure closing would take place on time.
