Our experience with JET Home Loans and Savannah was deeply disappointing and frustrating. After receiving pre-approval, we were met with a lack of communication, significant delays, and an overall absence of professionalism.
Despite providing all requested documentation promptly and repeatedly following up for over a month, we received no updates, counteroffers, or clear requirements to move forward. The final decision—a denial—was delivered with no explanation or alternatives, leaving us scrambling to secure financing with less than 30 days until closing.
Luckily, we found another lender who was professional, transparent, and responsive, enabling us to close on our home without further issues.
JET Home Loans failed to meet even the basic standards of communication and transparency. This experience has left us with no trust in their ability to handle a mortgage process effectively. We would not recommend JET Home Loans to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service.

Here’s our experience with Savannah Moore:
While searching for a property through Coventry, we were directed to their preferred lender, Concierge Loan, where Savannah Moore became our loan officer. We completed our application and submitted all the required documents. However, she took an unusually long time to provide a prequalification offer for the amount we requested. She assured us that we could move forward, so we signed a contract with the builder and paid a 3% earnest deposit. Unexpectedly, Savannah later denied our loan without offering any explanation. Despite our repeated attempts to reach her, she ignored our calls and emails. We can't help but wonder if this was because of our race, as she refused to communicate with us. Her actions wasted our time and resources that could have been better utilized elsewhere. We are devastated by her lack of professionalism and communication.
