This is the 4th house I buy. I always find the house easily and have a miserable time with a broker or lender that shouldn't be in the business. This time I had a miserable time trying to find a house and the broker was simply awesome. They could not have made it any easier or been more helpful and attentive. Hands down the best experience with a broker I've ever had.

Mike Alea calmly addresses the variety of twists and turns that always seem to emerge when financing involves something other than the plain vanilla conventional mortgage. He took my specific circumstances into consideration and found an appropriate - and cost effective - solution where others were quick to point out problems, but short on answers.

Mike and his team were extremely helpful. My fiance and I were first time home buyers and went into it clueless. The Alea team was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions almost immediately. We came across several issues throughout the home buying process and there is no doubt in my mind that if we did not have Mike and his team in our corner we would not be living in our home today.
