That was one of the more uncomfortable legal notarized transactions I’ve been a party to as the signee. There were so many inaccuracies that in the end I decided to sign in good faith instead of trying to mark up the documents or cancel the signing altogether. I decided to proceed against my better judgment based on a real-time phone conversation I had with Eric (Michael), which occurred during the signing, stating that these discrepancies were immaterial and would in the end reflect the accurate costs and amounts. Items that were inaccurate were: Property Tax Payments, Payoff Amounts, Flood Insurance
