Useful Tips

Loan processor needs to be very clear and specific regarding documents requirement and timeframe when needed. Communication with customer needs to be timely, our experience with loan processor was less than adequate / satisfactory. Mr. Kevin Townsend was very professional, responsive ,responsible and respectful . I was easy to communate with him and later with Loan officer’s over all performance was less than adequate/satisfactory. RMC needs to clearly state the types of specific documentation needed to get final approval at the beginning of loan application & not Waite until last minute in the process. Further loan processor needs to be communicating in a they manner to answer the customer needs/ questions! Loan officer and his assistant ( Ms Stephanie Trang ) provided excellent service in a professional manner.6
