Great working with kerwin. Communication was not the best at times but he worked with us to get us to our final numbers we wanted.

Kerwin was exceptional. He guided us through the entire process. There were some hiccups but he tried to make sure we were not stressed or frustrated with closing, getting documents.

I gave them a 2-start review since they did get the job done and we closed on time. I was unhappy with the process as communication was poor and they pushed it the the very last minute (submitted closing paperwork 30 minutes prior to the deadline to close on time). They repeatedly asked for new documents up to the final day even though they could have asked for all of these documents all at once much earlier in the process.
I am happy with the rate provided as it was a special deal in partnership with the builder.
Overall, I'm satisfied that we closed on time and I would do it again in order to get the good rate, but without that motivator I would go with another lender.

Mr. Kerwin Morns, is an amazing person to work with he keeps me up to speed on what was going on and how the process will work. And when I was not sure of something all I had to do was call and if I did get an answer Mr. Morns will always call back are send me a text tell me to give him 5. Mr. Morns also has an Awesome team that made the process easier for me. Thank you, everyone for all you help in making my dream come true.
