Excellent! He is very efficient at his job and explains everything very clearly, not to mention how fast he is when it comes to completing the paperwork to approve the loan. If I had a question he or his processor would answer it immediately. Simply, Jorge is an expert at his job. I would really recommend it to everyone without any fear.

I recently worked with Jorge at Coastal Loans, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Jorge was outstanding—professional, extremely knowledgeable, and adept at navigating any barriers that came up. He was always easy to communicate with and took the time to explain each step of the process, what actions I needed to take, and the timing for everything. In addition, Chaniece was my loan processor, and she is outstanding! Her communication skills are amazing, and she clearly expressed what needed to be done and what she required to clear underwriting requests. Her efficiency and attention to detail made a significant difference in the process. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but both Jorge and Chaniece made the entire experience smooth and manageable. Their expertise and dedication to their jobs were truly masterful. I highly recommend Jorge, Chaniece, and Coastal Loans for anyone looking to buy a home. Five stars all the way!
