Working with Jordan was not the best experience at all. In the early stages of the loan process, I called him and left a voicemail about receiving down payment assistance and he never responded to give me the requested information. Also, his attitude was lackluster. In other attempts to contact him, if he responded it would take days and this was only after multiple attempts to include multiple follow up emails/phone calls and then having to cc the builder on emails. When he would call back, it was only after getting the builder involved and with these call backs, he wouldn’t provide clear answers. On one phone call, he was asked if he was delayed due to the hurricane, his response was no that he wasn’t in the path. However, during this same conversation after asking what was the reason for the lack of response he lied and said it was due to the hurricane. Jordan also knew that my initial closing date was going to be the end of the month, yet I was still made to sign the rate lock that would end prior to the closing. During the final stages of closing, my closing date was moved up to accommodate the rate lock, but this came after multiple attempts to contact him and after once again including the builder. Also during the final stages, he waited until the last minute to complete his part which caused delays with titling. Overall, he made the home buying process a lot more stressful due to him slacking on his job and unwillingness to communicate.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with JetHome Loans, the preferred lender for Coventry Homes. While I understand that everyone is out to make money, what shocked me was the deceptive and manipulative tactics used by a so-called “preferred” lender. Their rates are significantly higher than those offered by major banks, and once you lock in, don’t expect them to honor any “free float down” they promise. Despite my repeated requests and escalations, they refused to adjust my rate even when market rates hit their lowest in August, leaving me stuck at an inflated rate above 7%.
Their lack of transparency is alarming—they withheld crucial information, refused to provide a proper closing document, and made numerous clerical errors during the process. I insisted on signing documents in person, yet they forced me into e-signing without my consent. For first-time homebuyers like myself, I strongly advise steering clear of JetHome Loans. Their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity will taint your entire home-buying experience.

I went through Jet because my builder was offering incentives to go through them. I signed the contract with the builder and then got into contact with Jordan. From the very start Jordan was condescending and rude. Once the house was close to being built he tried to screw me with a 9% rate while adding 15k in points. After much arguing I was able to get it down to the regular rate at the time of 7%. I would have to send him the same documents multiple times, he emailed my ex-wife asking for docs while knowing the divorce was finalized. My ex wife had nothing to do with the purchase post divorce per the courts. He never removed her from my closing docs until the day of closing. He refused to communicate to my sales person and title which caused massive delays in closing. The whole company is filled with scum bags and scammers. RUN AWAY!!!!

Communication and transparency were great at first but as the process continued and we were closer to closing, that decreased. It took us multiple attempts to get answers and information and throughout the process our realtor team was consistently left out of communications. We were very happy with our loan just wished the communication was more consistent and timely.
