Park Square made everything so convenient and friendly. They were very responsive and took care of all my needs. Communication was excellent and Traci Cobb was the best. She got right back to me whenever I called her and always solved my issues/questions in a friendly way. I recommend anyone to use this company!!

Jon was on point from the beginning, until the very end. This was a very long, tedious process which lasted years. We appreciate the extra effort that Jon provided, he and Dian made this mortgage process as smooth as it could have possibly been under all of the circumstances with Covid etc etc. Thank you to both of you.

Stick with Jon because he is as professional as they come. The processor on the other hand, not as much. Poor grammar, explanations lacking and slow response times were very frustrating, not to mention that emails were all I got, not phone calls like Jon. We were also given a poor appraisal for our new home and nothing was done about it until we told them a poor review was coming. Sad that it had to come to that, but I didn’t want others getting caught up in the same situation.

Useful Tips

Communicate as much as possible with Jon. He is much more professional and easier to talk to than anyone else, especially our processor. If it wasn’t for him, this process would have been much more frustrating.
