All dealings with FBC were excellent.
Our only issue was needing a Cashiers Check at closing when were were having to travel 3 days before actual closing and not having our bank close at hand

I think that I should have been given a 4.5% rate instead of 4.75 because it's a new home and new homes normally comes with perks. When I bought my home in NC, I got a lot of incentives with the closing costs, plus the comparable interest rate at the time.

After looking for a home for almost a year, I've dealt with a few mortgage companies. FBC was by far the best!! My loan officer John was awesome. He responded quickly and stayed on top of everything through the whole process to make sure nothing would go wrong before closing. I am very satisfied and will be sure to recommend them to anyone interested in buying a home.

Everyone was so helpful and nice and available. It was a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We have bought a home before (not new) and it was from my parents so it should have been a relatively painless experience and it was a nightmare compared to how much everyone did to help us out and worked with us. Thank you all very much!! :0)

Everything went well. Loan Officer had the patience to endure the loan process with us and he was useful and very helpful.

This company is excellent service! My loan officer took care of everything that can make me satisfied. I got reduced my rate by buying down about .4%.
Unfortunately, I did not get a sign language interpreter at my closing. There was some misunderstood to use the interpreter from Orientation Walk In. They had to request the service separately from closing meeting.
