They had a great rate, held the rate lock, and closed at my home. The process, however, was interminable. I provided everything they asked for within days, was told that was everything, and then about once a week, something else came up. In fact, two days before the scheduled closing, already a month late, they tried to force higher homeowners coverage. That failed when I informed them that Florida law prohibited what they were doing. I'd go elsewhere if I needed a closing in a timely manner.

I closed on my refinance May 24, 2013. From pushing for final approval on the loan to working with the title company. I definitely recommend Home Loans Today. I did a lot of rate shopping and they gave me the best deal. When I found a better deal with another bank, Home Loans Today was able to beat it.
