Communication was subpar to say the least.
1- They delayed my closing, and later said they were able to close with available info. Incurred unnecessary fees.
2- I was left unhappy with the Closing Disclosure, with no follow up from loan officers.

Denton was great. This was my first time purchasing a house and did not have much knowledge on the process. Denton was more than kind enough to answer any and all questions in depth.

The loan officer could not provide the documentation that was legally required 3 days prior to closing.
Until the day of the closing, we did not know the amount for cash to close.
Loan officer could not sort out simple things like escrow amount etc.
