When we started this process, I was completely unsure of the processes and steps it was going to take. Audrey and the rest of the team made it a lot more manageable and easy to get through the process. Even working at night on occasion to answer questions. They were great.

Audrey Traver communicated often to give updates on the status of the loan. As soon as she had new information, she contacted us. She was professional and courteous, and she made us feel comfortable in throughout the process.
