I have nothing but great things to say regarding my experience with FBC Mortgage. Overall the process went smoothly. Evrything we were told, came to fruition. There were zero surprises when it came time to close. Ashley Francis was absolutely amazing the whole way through. Even when we had many questionsions, he took the time to answer all of our concerns. He also provided us with addidtional information and tips. It felt like I had a friend by my side. I want to give a shout out to Keegan Moore and Donna Spence who I personally dealt with as well. They provided us with valuable information on the front end to help make our decision making easier. I would highly recommend FBC/Team Stinson for you lending needs.

Ashley was very thorough and understanding of all the requests we had throughout the process being a first time home buyer. The process is very overwhelming however he did his best in explaining every step and finding all The answers to our questions in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend Ashley services as he takes his business personal making you feel like you are family so you know you are in good hands. He made sure that we were informed of everything that was going on every step of the way making our experience less nerve wrecking.
