Where to start… first off I’m the kind of person that Hopes for the best and expects the worst. I was so worried every step of the way that we wouldn’t get our home, I had so many questions and concerns, My poor loan officer Wes, bless his heart, He kept having to reassure me that everything was gilling to be ok! I was blown away with the amount of service that was provided for me every step of the way… Wes’s and his team went above and beyond with the amount of service that was provided. I will send everyone that I know to Wes and his team. Thank you for making my dream a reality I will never forget this experience as it was one of the best I’ve had in my life. Thank you Wes.

Chris Drake at FBC Mortgage was exceptional to work with. My experience as a first time home buyer was flawless. I was expecting the process to be much more complicated but that wasn’t the case. Anytime I had a question Chris was fast to respond which I appreciated. He helped analyze different scenarios and explained in great detail so I could make informed decisions. Chris was super easy to work with and I highly recommend.

Wes was the epitome of patience and professionalism with a little (maybe more) of psych therapist, dealing mostly with a crazy, overly emotional and anxious military spouse with self diagnosed PTSD! He was amazing, kept me calm, talked me through things, and got us done ahead of schedule! I didn’t believe it could happen! He is amazing to say the least!!!

We had a very short time frame to put this refinance together to support our small business. We spoke with several other lenders. None could meet the deadline and all were at much higher rates and exorbitant fees. FBC and Wes not only coordinated all aspects of the process sufficiently to close well before our deadline but did so at the lowest rates and fees of all competitors. They are the only lender we recommend!!
