Loan officer Vincent Gambuzza was a caring, hard working representative on my loan application; and who did leave Home Loans Today fairly early in the process.
Loan Coordinator Nina Niederman then took over my loan processing from there and expertly handled the many hurdles and complications that presented themselves right up to closing.
I felt as though Nina was representing me... to Home Loans Today, and winning all the battles.

Throughout our refinance we were kept up to date with the current status throughout the entire process. Although there were some communication issues between the mortgage officer and the closing representative, they were able to work out the differences and get the job done. It was a pleasant experience.

Good result with my first experience in online refinancing. Everything was handled on the phone or online except for the notary coming to the house for closing. I was skeptical -- but it worked well.

JUST STARTING OUT THE PROCESS, BUT VINNY HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL, AND SENT ALL INFO TO BE VERY QUICKLY...HOPEFULLY THE REST OF THE PROCESS WILL GO AS WELL!

This mortgage was made more easily accomplished by Vinnie. He was available any time I called or e-mailed & I did not have to deal with being passed around,as I have with previous mortgage lenders.

We are very happy with our refinance. Vinnie was always available & ready to answer all our questions. Loan was done in a timely manner, though it did require more time than quoted.
