I am seller of a property who accepted an offer that came (of course) w/preapproval. 4 wks in & a week from closing we found out that buyer's lender left NRL Mort. & moved to UHM & took loan w/her. We are now not closing on time, STILL have no approval letter, Debbie Gaston contradicts herself every day w/conflicting info, lies, won't return phone calls or emails & is now taking a long weekend & we are supposed to close in 3 days! I have contacted branch mgr, regional mgr & the President/CEO of Union Home Mortgage, to no avail. The whole situation has been shady, and is now costing me thousands & the loss of the new home I was supposed to simultaneously close on-I have NEVER seen such unethical & unprofessional behavior!
