Though one person did not fulfill what was needed on time, others in the company took over and rushed processing to get things done in a quick manner as requested. It all worked out in the end.

My dealings with FBC mortgage, and especially my lender Tim White was an easy do! He was very informative, great with prompt responses to my many questions, and exceptional about communicating with me about what to do next. I was a bit skeptical at first because everything seemed to just flow smoothly...I literally did not hit a single snag in the process. I am now in my new home, and very grateful for all the work, answered questions, and guidance throughout the loan process.
