Horrible to deal with throughout the loan process. We had a house built and didn't find out until 2 weeks before closing whether it was approved or not. Once it was approved, we had to send in the same items multiple times and these items were not date sensitive. Also on the date of our closing, we were not given an amount to bring to closing. We weren't told an amount until after closing was completed. We also waited for over an hour b/c the documents were not sent and ready for the closing coordinator.
