Steve provided outstanding service during the entire loan process and delivered final product on time when there were numerous challenges. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, super responsive be it late evening or weekend. The best part is that Steve has the client's best interest at heart and always tries his best to get the best deals for his clients. I am very pleased with my loan and every aspect of the loan process. I'd recommend Steve to anyone looking for the service - he will not disappoint. I will use Steve again in a heart beat when there is the need. Completely satisfied!

Steve Lee was my lender. I met him with my realtor, and we discussed what my budget and my options. Steve was able to get the terms of my loan to very agreeable terms that fit my budget. He explained my different options and give the pros and cons of the different types of loans. He made sure to follow up often and always kept me in the loop through out the whole home buying experience. I really liked the videos that FBC mortgage sends out. They are very informative and easy to follow along to. Steve is great at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new loan or looking to refinance.
