I felt that both the Loan Officer and Loan Processor were very professional. The process took longer than I felt was necessary, as my husband and I had enough money to buy the property outright, and it seemed we kept running into delays on the final approval for our loan.

Make sure that your realtor and the seller's realtor know what they are doing. Otherwise, the loan process will not go smoothly.
