We work with Scott Kennedy often and really appreciate his attentiveness and communication to his clients and us! We love when we see orders come across our desk with him as the lender. When it comes to a refinance and purchase transaction, Scott Kennedy and his team make the entire process seamless with ease, and it makes it easier for us to facilitate the title process.

Scott has done an excellent job assisting with the loan process of a couple of buyers I have worked with. He is very efficient and worked aggressively towards a clear to close in a timely manner! He works very efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend him.
