Michael and Sara were awesome! This was my husband and I first home. We had no idea where to begin and they guided us the whole way. Answered every question we had with quick response. They just made this whole process so easy. And we are beyond thankful to them helping us purchase our home

We refinanced out of an FHA loan into a Conventional loan. Sara was exceptionally responsive and very clear. Answered all questions we had and did so joyfully. I guarantee you will not find customer service like this elsewhere...I know because had refinanced for lower rates in the past. Wish we would of found FBC sooner and would encourage anyone to go with FBC!
