My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our entire experience in working with the entire team at FBC. The FBC Team made it very easy to not only understand the process but made it simple to complete with friendly assistance. The response time when needed was almost immediate. John Ray was very helpful. He was on a short time frame to close the loan and kept it going the whole time. He was right on top of the loan and ordered everything quickly. I would recommand him to other Buyers.

Even though my refi took a while it was well worth it and am now paying over $500 less a month than I was before!! Great job guys!
