THEY PROMISE THE WORLD AND DELIVER NOTHING THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR AN APPRAISAL AND THEN DRAG YOU ALONG FOR MONTHS ON THE PROCESS - AND STILL NOT GIVE YOU A LOAN!
