The FBC Mortgage process is relatively painless. This is not my first home mortgage so I am familiar with the process. My last mortgage was with the bank I do all of my banking with so I did not have to provide as much as they had a lots of my documents already. However, uploading all required documents to the FBC site was not all that difficult. We only had a few instances in which communication broke down a little bit but overall my experience was not that bad. Also, I had 0 issues with communication, all questions via phone or email were responded to in a timely manner.

We were first buyers. Our loan officer was patient and very helpful throughout the process. She was patient and prompt. Thanks for the experience and we will recommend FBC mortgage.

This was my first home buying experience, and I am so happy I chose FBC as my lender. Both my loan officer and processor were very patient and walked me through with very little hiccups. There were times towards the end of the process when I had a lot of questions and they were patient and extremely knowledgeable.

After having been burned in a previous mortgage process, we were very leary of the whole process. Quinta was quick and helpful in her replies, especially with our dozens of questions late in the process. As FBC had a partnership with our builder, we had a good incentive to go with them as well. I’d recommend them, at least to this point, in the process.

This is my first time buying a house, Quinta helped me in the process since from the beginning. I was very glad to have moved forward with FBC for the loan. They were really patient in answering all my questions during and after the loan process.
