I found the whole process to had been conducted in a very professional manner. Every thing was done as initially laid out. I always received prompt attention and was fully informed of how the process was to take place. My initial apprehensions of dealing with a remote lender were put to rest very quickly by the attention to detail provided. Phil was excellent. First to respond to my inquiry and thank him for his top service. This was the second time that my husband and I have done a refi on our home but with a cash-out option. Phil walked us through the process and even lowered the fees as he estimated during consultation.

I don't think I can really give an objective review since the experience is still painfully fresh in my mind. HOWEVER, our loan processor, Bonnie Pater was wonderful to work with. Very understanding of all my frustrations and went over and beyond to make the loan work for us despite gov regulations and a credit managers requirements that make it almost impossible to get a home loan.
