I am a new home owner. This entire experience was a nightmare from beginning to end. I was so stressed from the day of offer to the day of closing. Every time I reached out for information something was different. I would NEVER use this company again. From the time we went under contract to closing I had problems with communication. My realtor and the title company had issues getting information. I was informed at 9 pm the night before scheduled closing that they needed more paperwork. I jumped through hoops trying to provide things for underwriting. After changing the closing twice, the day of closing nothing was prepared for the title company. I sat for an hour waiting for them to send the papers. After signing I still had to come back and sign more paperwork. This was a first time buy and the biggest nightmare. The title company had previous issues and expressed their frustration with me as well. The realtor I was working with pulled clients because she was so embarrassed by the entire situation.

It’s a pretty good bank to get a loan at. Just the team I got wasn’t good on communicating. They will postpone my closing date and won’t get in contact with until the last minute that they moving my closing date again. But other than the team rates are pretty good.

I had an incessant where the processor didn’t keep in touch with me. But to make up for that I had another employee who stepped up and helped me with everything a d that made up for the processors inability to keep
