I have never dealt with any company who is as unprofessional as OCWEN. Money just disappeared form my escrow account and since Nov. 2013 I have been trying to get the money returned. But not only are they inept in researching and resolving the issue. Their customer service, research and ombudsman departments are blundering fools or good at acting as such.
