Easy as shopping on AMAZON.. I have done several re-fi's in the past and Norm and Kelli made this the simplest ever. Constant communications. Easy to get a hold of with a question or answer. And I am a Pain. And they were truly wonderful to work with.

I'm retired and completed my share of refinancing over my lifetime. In this day and age where so much data is needed to qualify for a loan, it is important to have quick response from the lender for questions and clarification. Many times I've been hit with surprises at closing , but not with FBC / Norm Blaskoski. He did a great job explaining and clarifying all my questions.
