Nolan is an amazing loan officer. His team is amazing as well Casey Jean Bonson (Team Mortgage Loan Originator) and Sheryl Ravera (Processor) both those lady’s work till very late at night and Saturday & Sunday. Nolan is very easy and pleasant to work with and communicated in a timely manner on all of our questions over the phone and via email due to the pandemic we did not even meet. Additionally, Nolan went above and beyond in dealing with some of the loan related glitches that came up. My wife and I recommend him highly and will gladly work again with him in the future. From start to finish Nolan and the FBC team in Roseville California was very attentive and cared about making sure I got the best service possible. Words can’t describe how happy because buying a first home is a very big financial decision and they made me feel very comfortable with the right information and loan that works for me. FBC is the only company I want to do future business with because they truest care about the person not just the documents. My experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Nolan and the FBC staff to Any person in general but especially to veterans that Served our fine Country! They really know how to make their clients feel like they made the right choice. To me, FBC is the only choice!!!!

I was referred to Nolan by KB Homes and a past customer. Nolan is great loan officer, he beat every rate that I was offered by other lenders. In addition, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nolan and his team worked hard on expediting all necessary documents to avoid delays in closing. He is my first recommendation to anyone searching to find a great lender. He is very responsive and very straight forward which made this loan application process very comfortable. 10/10 would go to him again for a future loan.
