For a decade I owned and operated a small restaurant. So when I purchased my home, it was as a self-employed borrower, which often comes with additional hurdles and extra scrutiny. But it doesn't have to be that way. I have a wide range of options for self-employed home seekers, and I take great pride in helping my fellow entrepreneurs secure the funds to buy the homes they've worked so hard for. I also love working with first-time homebuyers, helping to educate them on the mortgage loan process and guide them through it all. It’s scary when it’s unknown territory. But once learned, it’s exciting! My favorites in life are my four rescue dogs: Louis, Peggy, Chicken, and Vi, and my four rescue cats: Mishka, Marlowe, Simon, and Clyde. My perfect day is walking the dogs to the beach, then snuggling up with the whole four-legged crew to watch my beloved Philadelphia Phillies (I was born and raised in PA!) or Law & Order marathons.
