When we decided to refinance our mortgage, we called the company who our loan was with. They offered us a higher than normal interest rate and wanted a large amount to perform the refinance. I made a call into Nancy to go over our options and in minutes she explained the process and offered us a much better rate then the company who literally already had our loan. Nancy took care of everything and answered every big and small question. I never worried, she made us feel so comfortable and we cannot stop talking about our refinance with friends and family.
