This Review is about Loan Officer Monique Comstock that works for BB&T Bank at their Addison, TX location. She claims on her portfolio on BB&T’s website that she has been in the mortgage industry for about 14 years, but she is absolutely no idea what she is doing. TO begin with her professional skills are 0. Her communications skills are worse than a 2-year-old. Her management skills do not seem to exist. She does not respond to phone calls or emails or texts easily. You must call her numerous times to get any replies from her. She takes long to get back to you knowing you have a deadline to get everything together to close on your dream home. I repeat She is NOT A PROFESSIONAL. Working with her feels like a full-time job. She is difficult to work with. She will cost you money like she did 2 other families because she was not very good at her job. Instead of making this process as easy as possible she makes it like the worst decision ever. Please DO NOT HAVE MONIQUE COMSTOCK work your Home Mortgage Loan. She will not take your file seriously and will cost you money for her careless mistakes.
