Michele Garcia was wonderful to work with! She told me she could have me approved for my mortgage in 45 days and it ended up being 30 days. She responded to all my emails no matter the time.

We had started out with a different FBC Loan Officer, to be honest we were not satisfied with that Agent. Michelle took over our file & I will say she was God sent. She was very effiecient & very responsive, pleasant to work with & she always followed with us.
