My husband and I are first-time homebuyers. We were happy we chose Homeowners Mortgage as our lender. Megan and her team are very helpful and easy to work with. They guided us each step of the way and made it easier for us to complete the process. All our questions, even those we thought were "stupid" questions, were answered and dealt with professionally. If there is only one thing I wish they could have done better, it would be getting the clearance to close earlier. We got our clearance to close the day before the closing. It was because of an error with the appraisal report, which they really don't have control over. Other than that, we were happy with their service.
