Matt was so patient and friendly. We refinanced our home for the first time and he answered all of our questions. We changed from an FHA to a conventional loan and we added my name to the house, which was only in my husband's name before. Matt helped us figure out how to do this and saved us so much time and money. We came to the U.S. as refugees years ago, so reading and understanding in English can be very hard. Matt explained everything clearly and we could understand it. I hope other people choose Matt to help them too! We saved about $90,000 from our original loan!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! I really wanted to explore my options for a refinance - 30 years, 25 years,15 years, different closing prices.. I asked Matt a LOT of questions with my investment home refinance (my first refinance). Every time I had a new question or idea, Matt would patiently listen, crunch some numbers, and come back (usually within hours) to explain how each option would affect my situation. He also really helped me to understand how to lower my interest rate by putting more money down at closing - again, saving me money! Matt went above and beyond to answer each question accurately, leaving me feeling like a smart and confident buyer (something I did not experience with my previous lender). He responded to me and my questions in the evenings and on weekends, which was very helpful as I work during the day. The website is also very easy to use and the closing company came right to my house when I was available. The results: I saved over $95k on the life of my loan and could not be happier!
