Purchasing a new home was by far the worst experience so far of my life. Absolutely horrible.
Suppose to be exciting and hopeful. Well, I guess we did actually experience all of that, Alot of excitement and lots of hope.
Mary Spearman was absolutely awesome, she got our loan done. Period. She is amazing and we Thank Her sooooo Much !!

Mary was a godsend to us!! She was always available to answer any email or phone call we sent to her! She was very experienced and knowledgeable in her field. Not only did she move forward in a timely manner to get our Re-Fi closed, but she went above and beyond to meet our needs and got our loan amount reduced!! This was so important to us, as my husband has a debilitating terminal disease called ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and is no longer able to work! Therefore it was imperative to get this ReFi in place as soon as possible.....and Mary and her whole team at Gateway accomplished this!!! Thank you so much to my "Gateway Angels"!! ❤❤

I couldn't be happier with the service and kind consideration given to me by Mary Spearman and all her associates at Gateway Lending!! She (and all involved) went above and beyond to accomplish meeting our needs (my husband has a debilitating terminal disease, therefore, is no longer able to work). Because of this it was necessary for us to refinance our loan and lower our payment!!! Gateway Lending is now "Our Bank" and I will be opening an account with them in the VERY NEAR future!!
