Great experience. Fifth home I've bought and this was as easy as it gets. Mark and Charlie were the absolute best people to work with. They were honest, straight forward, and always available. A complete pleasure to work with.

Mark started the process off wonderfully, he was responsive, clear in his communication and led me to believe that we could close the loan in less than 30 days. As the process continued, he became less responsive (he was out of the office and had someone covering for him, she was also less than responsive), sometimes inappropriate and unprofessional in his communications via e-mail and phone and there were many mistakes that were made that led to a delay in closing by two weeks. If it had not been for the processor, Melea Rusk stepping in at my request, I don't believe this loan would have ever closed. She was fantastic and was able to salvage my confidence in the process.
