When you tell the client only 5 business days before the closing that they need to bring an extra $15,000 to closing, it leaves a very bad and lasting impression. Everyone was as nice as can be. Good customer service, decent response time to calls from Loan Officer. However, one can safely assume that this is not the type of error the average customer bounces back from quickly. It will take us a long time to recover.

It was such a pleasure working with Liz, some times I called she wasn't available I would leave a message but always concerned that it would take her forever to get back to me, wrong, she never left me hanging always returned my call quite quickly and very professional. We would never use this company again and would not recommend anyone to them. They are discourteous, Incompetent, disrespectful, and leave a lot to be desired. We were disrespected even by their Branch Manager though we came to the table with over 45% down. When they send mails even after our mortgage closed, they decided that they would only include my husband's name on any documents. Jerks and sexism seems to be the order of the day! They could not keep any information straight that we sent them. They kept on losing our documents we concluded, after we were asked incessantly for the same documents over and over. We were lied to about interests rates, and felt tortured by their process. Walk you say? How could we when they made sure we had no time on our hand to get a lender with any bit of decency. Run, do not walk. They are plain inbeciles.
